Jamie Whitlam joined the timeware® programming team as a Junior Programmer in May, straight from college and judging by the progress he has made in his first four months, everyone agrees that this was an excellent recruitment decision!
Jamie’s first project was to redevelop the internal customer support program, (ISP3), which provides a number of essential functions for the customer care and project management teams including customer care call analysis, liaison visit logging and the printing of training certificates.
In October, Jamie begins incorporating a fault logging module into the ISP3 which will eventually replace the existing Vivantio ITSM software. Jamie is expected to join Nathan Price’s team working on project Toronto by Q2 of 2021.
timeware® (UK) Ltd plan to expand its programming team by one Junior Programmer each year for the next three years. This is part of a business growth plan that will help maintain our position as the number one developer of workforce management software in the UK.
